Woman Filmed Doing Yoga Before Breaking Into Bakery

It's always best to limber up before committing a crime.

An Australian woman recently broke into Phillippa's Bakery in Richmond on March 3 stealing an assortment of items including, "a baker's shoes, an almond croissant, an iPad and cleaning product."

But it wasn't the crime itself that made international news, but the woman's yoga warm-up that was caught on CCTV camera in the lead-up to her crime.

You know they say crime doesn't pay, but exercising does, and being a criminal is no excuse for skipping leg day.
